Description
Matured in a combination of white oak Bourbon and virgin oak barrels, this Single Malt has a wonderful aromatic lift. With welcoming floral and perfumed notes, I was reminded of a chilled glass of Gavi. The palate remains clean and fresh, with some sweet citrus fruit such as satsuma and lemon tart. Toffee begins to be revealed in greater quantities later in the finish, and the longer the whisky stays in the glass, too.
