Marking the second edition of Macallan’s annual Harmony Collection, the Intense Arabica release provides a wonderful combination of whisky and coffee. A dram of this delightful spirit brings notes of tiramisu and dark chocolate. All is intertwined with dried fruits and gingery flavours, generally associated with the best Sherry casks. The inspiration taken from the Ethiopian Arabica bean is ever present on the finish, where a dark-roast coffee profile shines through.
