Description

Description

This single malt comes from the first whisky distillery built in Wales in the modern era. The whisky is aged in a combination of ex-Bourbon casks and re-charred ex-wine casks, lending a complexity to the palate. The whisky sings with green fruits – apples and pears – alongside nicely chewy oak character. It leads onto a finish of sticky toffee and cream.
