The family’s finest vineyards are planted on Silex soils, boast a perfect, sunny aspect and are littered with pieces of flint, said to impart the wine with hallmark ‘pierre à fusil’ (gunflint) aromas.

This wine was bottled unfiltered to ensure maximum flavour, so a light, natural deposit may appear in the bottle. Let it stand for a few hours, then pair with seafood, goat’s cheese salad or soufflé.
