Description
Harvest is a limited edition trio of beers brewed with hops the Beak team hand-selected at this year’s Yakima Chief harvest. Each beer highlights a specific hop while also showing how the hops work together in harmony.
This DIPA is loaded with Idaho 7 and Idaho 7 Cryo hops, bringing sweet pineapple character, backed up by Citra and Mosaic. Big tropical notes of pineapple and mango dominate, with layers of citrus peel, stone fruit and a gentle resinous finish.
