Following the Spring release of their ‘Transatlantic’ whisky, York based distillery Cooper King have hit another home run with the autumn launch of ‘Embers: Smoke + Corn’. Aged in a combination of dark fired Bourbon & red wine casks. The whisky promises intense notes of chocolate cherries, BBQ Banana, soft smoke and caramel.
