Grapes are grown in the cool-climate micro-region of Darling (Coastal Region, South Africa), where sea-breezes and small hillside blocks give this wine its distinct freshness and precision. Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel, then kept on lees for around 10 months to build texture without oak influence. Fresh lime and yellow-stone fruit aromas lead into a dry, medium-bodied palate with crisp acidity and a subtle saline mineral finish.
