Start your evening with the rich, complex and crisp nice year old Blanc de Blancs from our friends at Hattingley – then enjoy one of our favourite white Burgundies from the tiny producer Nicholas Cheveau – maybe with some Hampshire smoked trout? Then put aside the turkey while you enjoy the Northern Rhone Syrah in Jaboulet Crozes Hermitage with your rack of lamb. Finally meander through the rest of the evening with the sensational single vintage fortified Syrah in the Holden Manz Good Sport from Franschhoek.
All for just !
