Description
A quite outstanding pink Prosecco is both dry on the palate with hints of summer berries – and is not too frothy. It is organic and we presume good for you – but it endeavours to beckon sophisticated wine drinkers to reconsider Prosecco. A pink fizz to enjoy in the garden, after work, with friends – ideally with some light charcuterie – but would actually be brilliant with fish and chips, or salad niçoise for smart folk.
Tasting Note: Delicate hints of strawberry, gooseberries and pink grapefruit. Pair with vegetable tempura, salads with fresh vegetables, and bean soup.
Origin: Veneto, Italy
Alcohol: 11.5%
Blend: Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay
