Description

Westie Sponge celebrates the single malts of the Western Highlands and Islands. Here, the younger and bolder expression from Raasay is ever present. The distillate offers a nice mix of smoke and minerality, with the marriage of the first-fill Bourbon and refill hogshead working together. A beautifully balanced dram, this is waxy and full of bright citrus notes.
