Glenallachie, since 2017 under the stewardship of Billy Walker, is becoming known for richly-fruited Speyside malt whisky, with depth and complexity aplenty. This bottling was finished for over three years in a rare Marsala cask, Sicily’s famed fortified wine. The result is a dram with plenty of nuts, stone fruit and a rich, dark caramel finish.
