A meticulous harmony of long matured Yamazaki and Hakushu malts with Chita grain, this whisky is shaped by Mizunara oak and decades of craftsmanship. The nose unfolds with stewed berries, ripe banana, caramel, vanilla and incense-like spice, lifted by subtle orchard brightness. The palate is silky, offering plum, honeycomb and gentle oak warmth, finishing long with sandalwood and a whisper of smoke. Best enjoyed neat or with a drop of water to let the Mizunara bloom, it pairs beautifully with dark chocolate.
