Description
Le Viti di Beatrice is a crisp, apple-fresh white from the Araldica cellar in Italy’s prized Piedmont region. It takes its name from Beatrice Vezza, who is responsible for grape quality at the cellar. She works closely with local independent growers to her standards are met, advising on when to harvest for perfect ripeness.
This wine is pure Cortese, the classic grape of Gavi, taken from various plots, all within about 50km from the Ligurian coastline – aka the Italian Riviera. And it’s just the kind of luxury white you might enjoy at one of the excellent local trattorias.
Aged on lees for added roundness, this is a elegant, crisp, delicate white with a gently creamy texture. Chill and enjoy as an aperitif or with bruschetta, grilled fish, fennel risotto or fresh pasta.
